| Week 1 | What is true love? Is it attainable? How can you know it is true love? |
| Week 2 | What do you lose your happiness for? Being in control of your mind and heart. Staying happy and not taking offence. |
| Week 3 | The correct basis for decision making. Knowing the right or wrong of any action. |
| Week 4 | The nature of fear. How it arises and how it is overcome. |
| Week 5 | The essence of true communication. Speaking from the heart. The three types of speaker. Real listening. |
| Week 6 | The four states of attention. Developing the power of attention. |
| Week 7 | What does it mean to relate? The purpose of relationship. How to enjoy excellent relationships. |
| Week 8 | How true service is different from servitude. Are you a contributor or a taker? What can you contribute? |
| Week 9 | What is your chief attribute, because this is what you have to offer the world? Finding out what it is. |
