Welcome to a space where you can let go of the worldly activity and enjoy deep rest.

You are warmly invited to thirty minutes of stillness, listen to beautiful readings and be guided by the tutor to enjoy a period of rest.

You can attend as many times as you like. There is no need to register and no fee. These sessions are open to both members of the school and to the public without any obligation - no experience necessary.
